All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All content, branding, software configurations, workflows, materials, and intellectual property provided by ClearReach remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any proprietary materials without written permission.


SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS communications from ClearReach, you consent to receive text messages related to our services.

Types of Messages

Users who opt in may receive appointment reminders, new offers, and onboarding alerts related to ClearReach’s SaaS solutions for local businesses.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 302-496-6166. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding three months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClearReach, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.


Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct.

Clients may terminate services according to agreed contract terms.

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Santa Catarina.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
